The Pulaski County Humane Society (PCHS) is based out of Pulaski County in rural southwest Virginia. While our main focus is serving our own county, we regularly extend our adoption, spay/neuter, rescue, education, and outreach programs to people and pets throughout the New River Valley region and beyond.
